Invitation Letter for the 40th Congress of WFMT

To whom it may concern,

I am honored to invite you to attend and sponsor for the 40th Congress of World Federation and Master Tailors that will take place on September 15th-20th, 2025 in Busan, South Korea.

Busan is the 2nd largest city and number one trading hub in Korea. Since opening Korea’s first international port in 1876, the city has become a hub of trade, commerce and industry. Global events including the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference and Busan International Film Festival, as well as various sea-related festivals are held throughout the year.

Recently, the number of WFMT member has increased to 50 countries and expanded to Europe, Asia, North America, Central America, Oceania and Africa. We have reached the greatest number of members in WFMT history. All of our Korean members would like to extend our warm hospitality to you and we will exert our full efforts to make the event a success. We are preparing the Congress with extraordinary determination and passion, while looking forward to the event contributing to the development of the world tailor industry.

Young tailors from all over the world are gathering for this congress, to compete, share technical knowledge and to connect with the industry peers and leaders. It is critical to cultivate young tailors for the next generation and we need full financial support from industry leaders and government.
