Regulations

1. Each country can register at most 1 set of outfit in the men’s clothing category and 1set in the women’s clothing category.
2. The fabric for this competition will be the same for all the participants and will be sent to each participant after the registration for the competition will be completed. The participant must bring the finished garment to the competition (1 gentlemen suit or 1 lady suit), all the garments should be shown to the jury (within the competition fashion show) on the morning of the September 17, 2025. The registration requests for the competition should be sent by email to kctda1969@naver.com
3. The Creative Fashion item(s) must be worn by the participant(s) from your country. The designs must be finished before attending the congress
4. Models should be professional fashion models 
5. If you're working with your own professional model(s), please check the follows.

6. Please send us information if you work with the models recruited by the congress.
